So this is my first post!! Thanks to my sister Heidi i have a blog site. This past weekend we went out to Crystal Lake in Iron River, WI. It is actually Jesses mom and step-dads cabin. They are so generous to let us use it. It is beautiful out there and we always have such a good time. We got out there Friday at about 4:00 pm and finished up the raking and yard work!! When we were done we went for a four-wheeler ride and then built a fire. The kids had a blast playing down by the water and walking down to the neighbors to see if there friends were there that they met last summer. On Saturday, Jesses parents, my mom and our friends John, Guryne, their daughter Ely, Travis and Kasey and their son Brody came out. We had a really nice time!! The weather was kind of on and off, warm one-minute and cool the next. I guess that is what you get when you live in WI!! It was a really fun day though. Aleigha was not with us the rest of the weekend because she went to Minneapolis with a friend to visit with my sister Colleen. So anyway the rest of the weekend we went fishing, pontooning, played some yard sports and just hung out. It was the perfect weekend getaway and I can't wait to do it again!!!
